LES MILLS™ Classes
USCB partners with LES MILLS™ to offer fitness classes in two formats: Les Mills Virtual and Les Mills On-Demand.
Les Mills Virtual
Classes are streamed in the Group Fitness Studio.
- BODYPUMP™ uses light to moderate weights with high reps to get you lean, toned and fit – fast. Instructors will coach you through scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
- LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, scientifically proven to maximize calorie burn and increase athleticism. Three Variations of LES MILLS GRIT™ (Athletic, Cardio, & Strength) provide the ultimate cross-training approach to fast-track your results. LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting-edge HIIT moves and combines them with powerful music and inspirational coaches, motivating you to go give 100% effort, getting you fitter faster.
- CORE™ targets the muscles around the core (abs, hips, glutes, and lower back). A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. Your CORE™ Instructor will guide you through multiple options and levels, so that this challenging workout can be easily tailored to meet you where you are.
- BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness! No experience needed. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
- BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy cardio fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Your LES MILLS™ BODYATTACK™ Instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through high impact and low impact options in the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, leaving you with sweat and smiles!
