Please Get Your Shot!

USCB’s goals for Summer and Fall 2021 – following CDC and SCDHEC-guided protocols – are to encourage students, faculty and staff to get vaccinated and to restore our campuses to more customary operating environments and schedules. 

To return to campus for Fall Semester 2021, RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS must:

  1. In Blackboard, complete COVID Education Module prior to move-in. Log into Blackboard and find COVID-USCB-AY21-22 in your current course list

– AND –

  1. Provide proof of the following COVID Status:
    Negative [-] COVID-19 PCR nasal or saliva test no more than 7 days prior to move-in

– OR –

  1. Proof of Positive [+] COVID-19 PCR nasal or saliva test within the last 90 days [period of May 18 through August 18]. 

– OR –

  1. Completed COVID vaccination record
    Upload Vaccine card

– AND –

  1. Submit Personal Health Plan to Housing Office

COMMUTER STUDENTS must:

  1. In Blackboard, complete COVID Education Module prior to move-in. Log into Blackboard and find COVID-USCB-AY21-22 in your current course list

– AND –

  1. Provide proof of the following COVID Status:
    Negative [-] COVID-19 PCR nasal or saliva test no more than 7 days prior to move-in

– OR –

  1. Proof of Positive [+] COVID-19 PCR nasal or saliva test within the last 90 days [period of May 18 through August 18].

  1. Completed COVID vaccination record

 

EMPLOYEES

 Employees are required to provide evidence of COVID Vaccination

Mask Optional

  • Fully vaccinated employees, students and visitors in all indoor settings

Mask Recommended

  • Anyone who is not fully vaccinated should wear a mask indoors when <3ft apart from others for at least 15 minutes 
  • Indoor gatherings of 10 or more people who are less than 3ft apart

Please note interim mask guidelines are subject to change based on community and university COVID infection rates and/or revised CDC or SCDHEC Guidelines.
