Housing & Student Conduct

USCB HousingStaff 2021

Living on campus in an apartment at USCB provides a supportive, high-quality environment that is conducive to learning and making friends. Research shows that students who live on campus are more satisfied with their college experience, earn higher grades and are more likely to graduate.

You'll be close to the dining hall, fitness center, library and student services.  You'll easily connect with USCB's 30+ clubs and organizations,  student employment, intramural sports, social activities and service opportunities.

You won't have to worry about water, electric, cable and internet bills - all utilities and a washer and dryer are included in USCB's apartments.  And you'll be safe, thanks to the Department of Public Safety's 24-hour coverage.

You’ll have easy access to faculty and other staff members. Two professional staff members live on campus, and Resident Assistants live in each tower.

We are committed to providing a shared residential experience that fosters positive relationship building and embraces a spirit of collaboration and togetherness.

Student Conduct: Rules, Regulations, Policies and Consequences at USCB

Our students are expected to make themselves aware of and abide by the policies outlined in the Student Handbook. By joining the USCB community, each student acquires right within, as well as responsibilities to, the entire community.

Housing Policies

In addition to the Student Code of Conduct, USCB's standards for academic integrity and organizational conduct are explained in the Student Handbook. Students, faculty and staff should also be aware of USCB's Title IX and Sexual Assualt policies. Click on any term to learn more.
