USCB's commencement exercises will be professionally photographed and videotaped for your convenience.
Photographs of each graduate as they cross the stage will be taken by Grad Images by Grad Trak. Click the banner below to pre-register so you will be able to receive proofs and order pictures easily online. There is no obligation to order photos if you pre-register online.
Proofs will be sent to your home and via email within three to five days after graduation. Pictures can be ordered online, by phone or by mail. Graduation Images can be contacted at (800)261-2576 or via the web at www.gradimages.com.
Registering your graduate with GradImages provides them with the information they need to deliver your graduation proofs to you in a timely manner. Giving them an accurate mailing address and email address will allow them to get your proofs to you on the first try. You may also provide them with email addresses of up to six friends and family members to allow them to celebrate in the accomplishment.
Commencement will be broadcast live on Beaufort's The County Channel as well as on the following cable channel locations:
Comcast: channel 2
Hargray: channels 9 or 252
Time Warner: channel 63

Frequently Asked Questions about Commencement 2021
Each graduate will be allowed to bring a maximum of three guests. The graduate and their guests will be required to arrive at check-in together.
No, guests do not need tickets to attend the ceremony.
Graduates will be seated with their guests in a group of 4 chairs. Each group of 4 chairs will be spaced out to ensure proper social distancing.
We anticipate each ceremony lasting no longer than 1 hour. Doors will open for arrival 1 hour prior to the start of your ceremony. We ask all graduates to be checked-in and seated no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony. Graduates should arrive in their cap and gown.
Yes, all attendees will be required to wear masks/face coverings throughout the event. Graduates will be allowed to remove their mask/face covering for their photograph with the photographer. The entire Rec Center will be cleaned and sanitized between ceremonies as well.

Commencement 2021 will be held indoors at the Recreation Center. USCB's Department of Public Safety continually monitors weather conditions at all times. Should inclement weather impact, up-to-date information can be found on the USCB website homepage.
Women are encouraged to wear a light colored dress or skirt with flat shoes. Students will be walking for the equivalent of half of a mile and possibly through mud if it rained the day before. Feel free to bring two pairs of shoes if you feel the need to wear high-heels after the ceremony. Men are encouraged to wear black or khaki slacks and a light button-up shirt with a tie, and dress shoes.
Graduates and their guests should arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to the Recreation Center.
