Handshake is USCB’s new online career management platform. This platform was founded by students, for students, which is why Handshake works to ensure that all students and recent graduates have equal access to meaningful jobs and internships. Use these Handshake resources to help you successfully navigate the platform.

You will need an active USCB email to access Handshake. This service is available for current alumni who graduated within the last year. Others, who graduate earlier should contact careerservices@uscb.edu .

“Career Services helped me develop my resume in the months before I graduated and I used this to land a paid internship with the Coastal Discovery Museum on Hilton Head Island. I'm now the museum's full-time Communications Manager. I handle the museum's social media accounts, e-newsletters, press releases, print materials, and updating the website. Without the help from Career Services, I would not have been able to work my way into this job. I'm so thankful to everyone who made my time at USCB incredibly worthwhile.”
